We build jewelry meant to be worn every day — through work, workouts, and everything in between. Every KNGDOM LUX piece is handcrafted to last, and backed by a lifetime warranty.

Chain breakage or snapping

Clasp failure or faulty mechanisms

Tarnishing, fading, or discoloration (beyond typical surface wear)

Deep scratches or finish damage (beyond normal daily wear)

Engraving defects (fading, illegibility, or errors on our part)

Structural damage to the pendant (bending, warping, or cracking)

Our Promise to you:

We don't make disposable jewelry. If your piece fails due to a manufacturing defect, whether that's 6 months from now or 6 years — we'll make it right. And in the unlikely event a replacement piece also has a defect, it's covered under the same warranty.

What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover

Lost or stolen items

Intentional damage or misuse

Damage caused by third parties (other jewelers, repair shops, etc.)

Excessive wear and tear beyond normal use

Claims submitted without photos or order information

What counts as excessive wear and tear?

Jewelry that has been subjected to repeated misuse, improper storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, acetone, etc.) and shows damage beyond what our manufacturing guarantee covers.

A note on personalized items:

Engraved pieces are fully covered under our warranty. The engraving itself is laser-cut into the steel and will not fade or wear off under normal conditions. If it does, we'll replace it.

How to Make a Claim

Step 1: Email us at [mark@kngdomlux.com] with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the defect

A brief description of the issue

Step 2: Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Step 3: If approved, we'll send a replacement or arrange a repair at no cost to you.

Please note: Claims submitted without a photo cannot be processed.

KNGDOM reserve the right to decline claims that:

Show clear signs of misuse, neglect, or intentional damage

Do not meet the criteria outlined above

Are flagged by our team as potentially fraudulent

Involve modifications made by third parties (resizing, alterations, or repairs by other jewelers)
