Because our products are custom, engraving details provided by the customer must be accurate. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All engraved products are considered custom goods. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer guarantees as outlined in our Return & Warranty Policy.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production time, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

KNGDOM LUX is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our facility.
