30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return for a full refund, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined below.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because each KNGDOM LUX piece is custom-engraved to order, returns are handled with care.
Custom items are eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee only if:
- The item is returned in original condition
- The presentation box is included and returned undamaged
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
If the presentation box is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee to cover packaging costs.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full refund
Photos may be required to assess the issue.
12-Month Warranty
All KNGDOM LUX jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Lost or stolen items
If a covered issue arises, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Damage caused by improper handling or misuse
- Items returned without authorization

Refund Processing
