At KNGDOM LUX, each piece of jewelry is custom engraved and carefully prepared for you. Because of this, shipping timelines differ slightly from standard retail orders.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for engraving, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–5 business days
  
• International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KNGDOM LUX is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
